Our Range of Air Compressors

We have a wide range of compressors for sale. Different compressors perform varying functions. The compressor that you choose needs to meet the requirements of your operation. Take a look at the following compressors that we sell, install, and service.

  • Piston

Piston compressors are a popular and cost-effective option for a wide range of applications, especially in small to medium-sized workshops and service stations. They are belt-driven, meaning that the motor drives a belt that turns the compressor's pistons, creating compressed air. These compressors are suitable for applications with low to moderate compressed air requirements, and where the compressor will be used intermittently.

One specific example of a piston compressor is the CDPR, a dual compressor pump that is designed for optimal performance and efficiency. This pump features a low running motor speed that generates less heat, resulting in less wear and tear on the machine and a longer operational life. The CDPR also utilizes a double-acting compression method, which helps to reduce the risk of uneven air pressure and ensures a more efficient operation.

With their reliability, efficiency, and versatility, piston compressors are a tried and true solution for many different applications. And with the CDPR pump, you can be sure that you're getting a compressor that is built to last and provide reliable performance for years to come.

  • CVPS

The Chicago Pneumatic Variable Speed (CPVS) compressor series is the ideal choice for operators seeking maximum efficiency and intelligent design. The leading inverter brand, electric motor, and air end work together seamlessly for responsive performance and energy savings up to 30% through operation at 30-100% capacity.

Designed for continuous operation, the CPVS incorporates electromagnetic frequency protection, safeguarding the compressor and connected plant against voltage fluctuations. An integrated fan system utilizes cool air from the intake to maintain efficient operation, while eliminating the need for venting in the cabinet door and reducing the intake of dirt and debris.

The CPVS is a robust, floor-mounted compressor suitable for demanding industrial applications such as mining, cement operations, and power generation.

  • Rotary Screw

Chicago Pneumatics' CPA and CPB rotary screw compressors are designed to meet the needs of light to medium industrial applications. With the world-class rotary screw system, these compressors offer consistent airflow with minimal pulsation or surging, providing improved efficiency.

Featuring Chicago Pneumatics' unique pressurized canopy and pre-filter system, the CPA and CPB models are designed to prevent dust from entering the system. This helps to maintain the cleanliness of the canopy and extends the life of the suction filter element, making them particularly suitable for use in dusty environments.

For applications that require a low dew point and residual oil content, the CPA and CPB are both ideal choices. The high-efficiency oil receiver reduces oil entering the system to just 2-3ppm, ensuring a clean and efficient system.

These compressors can be added to an existing system or installed as standalone units. The CPA and CPB Series are quiet, complete, and ready-to-use units for the production of compressed air for light and medium industrial applications.

Trust in HDR Workshop Solutions to deliver and install Chicago Pneumatics compressors with quality and professionalism, and benefit from our ongoing maintenance and support services.

  • Base & Tank Mounted

CPA and CPB compressors are available in both base-mounted and tank-mounted models, each with unique benefits to meet the specific needs of your business.

Tank-mounted compressors have the air receiver tank located under the compressor, which allows the air to cool before usage. They are ideal for smaller applications and are more mobile and easier to relocate.

On the other hand, base-mounted compressors are better suited for larger applications. They are bolted to the floor and the air is piped to the receiver. They typically experience less vibration and produce less noise.

At HDR Workshop Solutions, we can help you determine which model and mount type is the best fit for your specific needs.
