We are proud to have been involved as a company to help the LHS Group create their flagship Mercedes Benz dealership in Australia.

We worked closely with the client and architect for more than 12 months in the design phase before any building started. This helped to ensure the workshop and spare parts area were able to meet all of their requirements and needs for such a large dealership.

During the build we continued to liaise with the architects and client to assist the builder through every phase of construction, which helped create a smoothly delivered project. We became the client's advocate for the construction of the workshop and spare parts areas.



Due to the complexity of the build, the design of the piping runs and delivery points needed to be incorporated into the building layout, so that there were allowances made during construction for the pipe work. The sheer scale of this build took more than 18 months to complete and we were on site each week for meetings with the builder and different trades to help take the pressure off our client. The finished product is definitely a world leading dealership.
